HubSpot Implementation Services
Implement HubSpot around the way your business actually sells, markets and serves customers.
ICX Consulting combines process design, CRM architecture, data migration, integrations and automation to turn HubSpot into an operating system for your commercial and customer-facing teams. We define the process before configuring the platform, so your CRM reflects how the business should work rather than forcing teams to adapt to a generic setup.
Why Companies Choose ICX as Their HubSpot Partner

What a HubSpot Implementation Includes
A successful HubSpot implementation is more than creating properties, importing contacts and turning on workflows. The CRM needs to reflect your processes, roles, business rules, customer lifecycle and reporting requirements.
ICX starts by understanding how marketing, sales and service operate today, where information or opportunities are being lost and what the future process should look like. We then translate that model into HubSpot.
A typical implementation can include CRM architecture, pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, teams, permissions, lead and ticket routing, workflows, SLAs, dashboards, reporting, data migration, integrations and user adoption.
The objective is to give your teams a CRM they can actually use and leadership information they can trust.
HubSpot empowers your business with a unified platform that drives revenue growth, enhances operational efficiency, and fosters long-term customer loyalty.
Our 90-Day HubSpot Implementation Plan
We structure HubSpot implementations in focused phases so business design, configuration and adoption move forward together. A 90-day plan provides a clear framework for many implementations, although the final timeline depends on scope, data complexity, integrations and the number of teams involved.
Days 1–30: Diagnose and Design
We begin by mapping the current process and defining the future state. Together with your teams, we document sales stages, customer lifecycle, roles, responsibilities, qualification criteria, handoffs, SLAs, business rules and reporting requirements.
We also assess your existing data, systems and integrations so the HubSpot architecture is designed before configuration begins.
Days 31–60: Configure and Integrate
We configure the approved processes in HubSpot, including pipelines, properties, teams, permissions, workflows, lead routing, ticket management, dashboards and reporting.
During this phase, we also prepare data migration and connect the systems that need to exchange information with HubSpot.
Days 61–90: Test, Launch and Adopt
Before go-live, we test workflows, permissions, reports, migrated data and critical business scenarios with your teams. We train users according to their roles and resolve gaps identified during validation.
Once the environment is approved, we move into production and closely monitor adoption, data quality and process execution during the initial operating period.
HUB SETUP
Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub Setup
HubSpot should connect the customer lifecycle rather than create another set of disconnected tools. ICX configures each Hub around the processes and responsibilities of the teams that will use it.
Sales Hub
We configure your sales process around clear stages, qualification criteria, ownership rules and activities. This can include deal pipelines, lead management, routing, tasks, sequences, automation, forecasting, dashboards and sales performance reporting.
The objective is to create a consistent sales process and give leadership greater visibility into pipeline, conversion and commercial performance.
Marketing Hub
We structure Marketing Hub around your segmentation, lifecycle and lead management requirements. This can include forms, lists, campaign structure, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, marketing automation and the handoff between marketing and sales.
The goal is to connect marketing activity with the customer lifecycle and commercial outcomes rather than measuring campaigns in isolation.
Service Hub
We configure Service Hub to support a structured customer service process, including ticket pipelines, categories, routing, SLAs, knowledge management, customer feedback, automation and service reporting.
This creates greater visibility into customer requests and helps service teams respond through consistent processes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
How much does a HubSpot implementation cost?
The cost depends on the implementation scope rather than on a single fixed price. The main factors include the number of Hubs and teams involved, process complexity, amount and quality of data to migrate, number of pipelines and business rules, integrations, custom development, automation requirements and training needs.
ICX defines the scope before implementation so the required work, deliverables and responsibilities are clear before configuration begins.
-
How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
Many implementations can be structured around a 90-day plan, but the actual timeline depends on scope and complexity. A focused Sales Hub implementation with clean data may require less work than a multi-Hub implementation involving Salesforce migration, custom integrations and several business units.
During the initial diagnosis, ICX defines the implementation phases and timeline based on the actual requirements.
-
Can you migrate from Salesforce or another CRM to HubSpot?
Yes. ICX can migrate data from Salesforce, other CRM platforms, spreadsheets and legacy systems into HubSpot. We define the mapping, clean and validate the data, review associations and test the migrated information before go-live.
-
Can you integrate HubSpot with our ERP or other business systems?
Yes. ICX designs integrations based on the information that needs to move between HubSpot and other systems and the business process that depends on that information.
The integration approach may use native applications, data synchronization, APIs or other integration technologies depending on the systems and requirements involved.
