HubSpot Pricing and Editions for Companies
What HubSpot costs depends on the Hubs, editions, seats and contacts you choose. We help you buy what your process needs, no more and no less.
This guide explains HubSpot pricing and editions for general managers and sales directors who must approve a CRM investment. HubSpot sells its software in Hubs, such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, and each Hub comes in Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. The list price is only part of the answer, because the total cost depends on seats, marketing contacts, required onboarding and the implementation work behind them.
The proposal reaches the general manager on a Thursday afternoon. Marketing wants Professional, sales asks for Enterprise seats for every account executive, and finance wants to know why the number is different from the price on the website. Nobody in the room can say which features the company will really use in its first year. That is how companies overbuy editions they never exploit, or underbuy and hit a limit six months later.
ICX starts from the process, not from the price list. With Revenue Architecture and Sales Architecture we define how your company should sell, and with the ICX Transformation Framework, our methodology for adopting software into a sales or service process, we map the capabilities each team needs. Only then do we recommend Hubs and editions, through our sales consulting practice and our HubSpot services.

HubSpot Editions Explained
Every Hub is offered in four editions. Each step up adds automation, control and reporting, and also changes how the software is priced.
Free
HubSpot's free tools include the CRM with contact, company and deal records and basic marketing, sales and service features. HubSpot lists them as free for up to two users, which makes Free useful to explore the platform, not to run a commercial team.
Starter
Starter adds basic automation, more capacity and simple reporting at an entry price per seat. It suits small teams with a simple process, but it lacks the workflows, permissions and custom reports most mid-market companies end up needing.
Professional
Professional is where most mid-market companies land. It adds workflow automation, sales sequences, custom reporting, forecasting, teams and permissions. HubSpot requires a one-time onboarding for this edition, which an accredited partner such as ICX can deliver.
Enterprise
Enterprise adds what large or complex organizations need, such as custom objects, advanced permissions and governance, and more control over data and testing. It also carries a required one-time onboarding and a higher price.
The right edition is the one your process needs in the next 12 to 24 months, not the one with the longest feature list.
HubSpot List Prices by Hub
The figures below are list prices published by HubSpot as of October 2026, in US dollars, taken from the official HubSpot pricing page. They are starting prices before taxes, HubSpot can change them at any time, and the final amount is the one in your HubSpot quote.
Sales Hub
Professional starts at US$90 per seat per month and Enterprise at US$150 per seat per month. HubSpot states that these prices do not include the required one-time onboarding, US$1,500 for Professional and US$3,500 for Enterprise. Official figures in HubSpot Sales Hub pricing.
Service Hub
Professional starts at US$90 per seat per month and Enterprise at US$150 per seat per month, with a required one-time onboarding of US$1,500 for Professional and US$3,500 for Enterprise. Official figures in HubSpot Service Hub pricing.
Marketing Hub
Professional starts at US$800 per month and includes 3 core seats and 2,000 marketing contacts. Enterprise starts at US$3,600 per month with 5 core seats and 10,000 marketing contacts. The required one-time onboarding is US$3,000 for Professional and US$7,000 for Enterprise. Official figures in HubSpot Marketing Hub pricing.
Other Hubs and Bundles
HubSpot also sells other Hubs, such as Revenue Hub for quotes, billing and payments, and bundles of several Hubs in its Customer Platform. Starter prices and these options are listed on the same official pricing page.

What Drives the Total Cost of HubSpot
Two companies with the same edition can pay very different amounts. These are the factors that move the total.
Seats
Sales Hub and Service Hub are priced per seat, so the number of salespeople and agents who need full access drives most of the cost. Marketing Hub includes a set of core seats, and HubSpot offers view-only seats at no extra cost for people who only consult information.
Marketing Contacts
In Marketing Hub, the price grows with the number of marketing contacts, the contacts you send marketing emails or ads to. Keeping other contacts outside that count is one of the simplest ways to control cost.
Required Onboarding
Professional and Enterprise editions carry a one-time onboarding fee set by HubSpot. It does not have to be delivered by HubSpot. An accredited partner such as ICX Consulting, which holds the HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation, can deliver it, and HubSpot confirms the conditions in the quote.
Implementation, Migration and Integrations
Process design, data migration, integrations with ERP or billing, and training are services separate from the license, and they usually decide whether the investment pays back.
If you are still comparing HubSpot with Salesforce or Creatio, our CRM implementation services weigh the three platforms against your process before any license is signed.

How ICX Helps You Choose the Right HubSpot Edition
Our recommendation follows four steps, and the license decision comes last.
Diagnostic and Maturity Model
We review your commercial process, data and current tools, and place your company on our maturity model, so the recommendation reflects where you are today and where you need to be.
Requirements by Team
With Sales Architecture and the business processes, control points, business rules, KPIs and OKRs our methodology defines, we list what marketing, sales and service must be able to do in the CRM.
Hubs, Editions and Seats
We map those requirements to Hubs, editions and seat types, identify which users need full seats and which only need to consult information, and estimate your marketing contacts.
Onboarding and Implementation Plan
We define whether a focused HubSpot onboarding or a full HubSpot implementation is the right path, including any migration to HubSpot, so the license and the project are approved together.

HubSpot Pricing Frequently Asked Questions
-
How much does HubSpot cost?
It depends on the Hubs, editions, seats and marketing contacts you choose. As of October 2026, HubSpot lists Sales Hub and Service Hub Professional from US$90 per seat per month and Marketing Hub Professional from US$800 per month, plus a required one-time onboarding. Always confirm current prices on HubSpot's official pricing page or in your quote.
-
What is the difference between HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise?
Starter covers basic automation and reporting for small teams with simple processes. Professional adds workflows, sequences, custom reports, forecasting and permissions, and is where most mid-market companies land. Enterprise adds custom objects, advanced permissions and governance for large or complex organizations. Professional and Enterprise both require a one-time onboarding.
-
Is HubSpot free?
HubSpot offers free tools that include its CRM and basic marketing, sales and service features, listed by HubSpot as free for up to two users. They are useful to explore the platform. Companies that need automation, custom reporting and control over a commercial team usually move to a paid edition.
-
Is HubSpot onboarding required, and who can deliver it?
HubSpot requires a one-time onboarding for Professional and Enterprise editions and sets the fee for each Hub. It does not have to be delivered by HubSpot. An accredited partner such as ICX Consulting, which holds the HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation, can deliver it, and HubSpot confirms the conditions in the quote.
-
What are HubSpot marketing contacts?
Marketing contacts are the contacts you send marketing emails or ads to, and they determine part of the Marketing Hub price. Each edition includes a number of them, for example 2,000 in Professional and 10,000 in Enterprise according to HubSpot's list prices. Other contacts can stay in the CRM without counting toward that number.
-
How much does a HubSpot implementation by ICX cost?
The investment depends on the Hubs and editions, the number of teams, the data to migrate and the integrations required. HubSpot licenses are billed separately by HubSpot. ICX does not work from a price list. Every client goes through a diagnostic and a maturity model, and ICX then tailors the value proposition to that company.
