The Challenge

Librería Internacional, a prominent retailer in Costa Rica, needed to optimize its digital ecosystem to support operational scale and deliver a seamless customer experience. The lack of integration between its Magento 2 store and SAP system caused friction in inventory synchronization, order fulfillment, and customer service.
